Architect

Male/Female , preferred age 25-40 years old
Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Experienced min. 3 years as Project Architect/ Design Engineer in a developer company is a plus
Proficiency in Civil CAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape software and other architectural design and visualization tools.
Have a good communication and coordination
Able to work under tight deadline

Design buildings and structures, including creating plans, drawings, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
Make sure projects meet building standards (SNI) and urban planning rules.
Work with contractors and engineers to ensure construction follows the project plans.
Supervise construction to make sure it’s done according to the approved drawings.
Control each project’s budget to ensure effective and efficient use in line with the work plan.
Develop eco-friendly and energy-efficient construction solutions.
Help prepare tender documents and proposals for construction projects.
