QUALIFICATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using financial software like Accurate and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support.
