QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using financial software like Accurate and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support.
