QUALIFICATION:

• Male, preferred age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and concepts such as agile
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, Ms. Office, Sketchup, SAP, Tekla, Etc.)
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and manage construction teams, including site supervisors, laborers, and subcontractors
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimations, resource allocation, and financial.
