Senior Engineering

Male, preferred age 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, Ms. Office, Sketchup, SAP, Tekla, Etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Fluent in English both speaking and writing
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure
Additional skills: Geotechnical knowledge.

Monitor and control the implementation of the project to ensure it meets the targeted work in the field
Communicate formally with clients in accordance with project requirements
Manage the project team to complete the project as per the work contract
Carry out QHSE regulations based on Reinforced Earth policy and address any violations
Identify project schedules, work methods, and relevant technologies related to the project
Plan, monitor, and ensure the availability of human resources, materials, and tools for ongoing projects
Control each project’s budget to ensure effective and efficient use in line with the work plan
Collaborate with related divisions (Marketing, QHSE, Logistics, and Finance)
Actively contribute to creating a safe work environment and culture
Be mobile and willing to travel to project sites as required
Ensure design from consultants/planning so that the design is visible and can be implemented in the field
Ensure the availability of working drawings and dissemination of working drawings to the relevant teams.
